Article 1.
Subject to special written provisions from an authorized person, the current general terms and conditions apply to all commitments of Parkhotel bv. These conditions are stated on the website www.parkhotel.be. As a result, they have been brought to the knowledge sufficiently. The tacit acceptance is evident from the visit to our premises or the receipt of our documents or services.
Article 2.
The performances and rates are freely determined by the hotel, which reserves the right to change them.
Article 3.
Check in is provided from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is possible until 12:00 on the day of departure.
The hotel may charge a surcharge for late check-out from 12:00.
Article 4.
A maximum of 2 pets per room are welcome with a supplement of € 15.00 per day. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees or damage caused by the pet.
Article 5.
Children of all ages are welcome.
For children, a surcharge of EUR 20 per night applies for the use of baby cots.
Availability of a baby cot is always on request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Extra beds cannot be provided.
Article 6.
Cancellation policy for direct reservations of up to 10 rooms
• Free cancellation before 11:00 on the day of arrival.
• No payment required today. You only pay during your stay.
• Credit card only as a guarantee.
• Plans changed? In case of cancellation, change or if you do not show up (no show) after 11:00 on the day of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation conditions via external partner websites up to 10 rooms
• If you cancel within 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged to you.
• If you cancel within 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the reservation value is for your account.
• With a no show, 100% of the reservation value is for your account.
Cancellation conditions for a non-refundable reservation
This reservation is fully paid in advance. In the event of cancellation, change or if you do not show up (no show), the amount cannot be refunded.
Cancellation conditions for groups (from 10 to 25 rooms)
• If cancelled between 15 and 2 days before arrival, 60% of the total canceled amount will be charged.
• If cancelled between 2 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total canceled amount will be charged.
Cancellation conditions for groups (from 25 rooms)
• If cancelled between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 60% of the total canceled amount will be charged.
• If cancelled between 15 and 7 days before arrival, 80% of the total canceled amount will be charged.
• If cancelled between 7 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total canceled amount will be charged.
Payment conditions for groups (from 10 rooms)
For each group reservation from 10 rooms, the payment goes as follows:
Domestic (Belgium): 10% of the reservation value upon confirmation; 10 days before the start of the event 90%; any extras may be invoiced.
In the event of complete cancellation, the advance will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Abroad: 10% of the reservation value upon confirmation; 10 days before the start of the event, the remaining 90%. It is not possible to send invoices abroad. Extras must be paid upon departure.

NPOs, MICE offices, clubs, associations, private companies and other intermediaries at home and abroad: 10% of the booking value upon confirmation; 10 days before the start of the event, the remaining 90%. Extras must be paid upon departure. It is not possible to send an invoice.

Payment term invoice
The payment period for an invoice drawn up by the Parkhotel is 15 calendar days, counting from the day on which the invoice was sent.
In the event of non-payment, the price will be automatically increased with delay interest at the conventional interest rate of 12% and with a lump-sum compensation of 10% with a minimum of 75 euros and a maximum of 1,500 euros per collection. In addition, any late payment of a single invoice from Parkhotel bv makes it possible to suspend all services of any kind that are still ongoing. If required, the Parkhotel can invoke the right to dissolution. These decisions can be made by operation of law and without notice of default. All goods from the hotel guest who are in the hotel are retained as further guarantees for the payment of the amounts due.
Any complaints about the correctness of the invoice must be formulated in writing within 7 days after the invoice has been sent.
Article 7.
Every complaint about the quality of services must be formulated within 3 days after delivery.
Article 8.
The customer will provide a credit card upon check-in, the details of which the Parkhotel will record. Debit or credit cards will be authorized for the full amount of the stay plus an amount to cover any additional costs. Cash-paying guests must settle the invoice on arrival, and a deposit of at least € 100 is required.
If the customer does not make the payment within the agreed period, or uses facilities (eg minibar, wellness, bar, restaurant, etc.) that are not indicated at check-out, the hotel will be entitled to do this via the credit card to deduct.
